     Welcome to the 2008 LHSAA State Baseball Championship between the Eagles of Archbishop Shaw out of Marrero and the Broncos of Zachary. Your starting line up for the Shaw Eagles will be as follows: #2 Ross Barbier second base, #4 Brandon Snow (shortstop), #15 Scott Fabre centerfield, #18 Drew Milligan (first base), #20 Corey Wilson third base, #9 Beau Boudreaux left field, #5 Jordan Landry right field, #21 Brady Radosti designated hitter, and #27 Steve Daigle catcher. Your starting pitcher will be #7 Jared Landry.

     The starting line ups were just announced and the coaches for each team recognized by the Mayor of Shreveport, Cedric Glover, tournament directors, and Gene Couvillion principal of the host school Haughton High. Mayor Glover just threw the first pitch of the game and we are ready to begin. Shaw is on the field warming up.

     To recap how Pace reached first. Pace hit a grounder to the third baseman who bare-handed it and made the throw to first. The throw was off and the first baseman made a nice attempt to make the tag but is unsuccessful.
